Justin Viard, the Consul General of Haiti in Montreal is pleased to announce that Liliane Marie Laurence Ulysse, of Haitian origin, at the Grand Gala of the finalists of the contest of Miss Canada 2017, held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 At the Sheraton Hotel in Laval, Quebec was unanimously elected 2nd dauphine of this prestigious competition.
This victory after that of the Haitian Raquel Pelissier elected 1st Dauphine at the 65th Edition of the prestigious international competition of Miss Universe,proves once again all the potential of the Haitian woman combining beauty with intelligence.
The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal thanks the Haitian Community of Montreal and all the compatriots around the world who have gathered behind it so that its dream becomes a reality and vibrates again the Haitian pride on a planetary scale.
